What does it mean by 2.5% of Ad Spend?

We track the monthly ad spend that you spend per month on Bol.com and charge you 2.5% of that value. For example, if you spend €1000 from January 1 to January 31st, we will charge you €25.

How does my first billing cycle look like?

When you first subscribe to Madbot in your first month, we will charge you €99 up front and Ad Spend % will be charged at the end of the month. In your second month you will be charged €99 for the upcoming month and ad spend % from the previous month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes you can. You can freely upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time within the Madbot app.

What is your cancellation policy?

Is there a free trial available?

We do not have a free trial. We do have a free plan for you to experience Madbot with 1 MAD Campaign and all other features in their entirety.
